Matteo climbs up into the van and gets the last products to sell: zucchini and squash, chestnuts and cabbage, artichokes and tomatoes of every kind, eggplants, friarello peppers, carrots, turnips, all kinds of salad, and of course fruit, both tropical and domestic. “We also supply restaurants throughout Florence and, at our stall, give priority to local produce.”
