From Mugello, where it originates, Carni Magiche made its way to the city, finding in this authentic corner of Florence the atmosphere it was looking for: a microcosm that preserves and protects the roots with the city's past, where history is not a limit but an impulse to build the future. Right here, in the modernizing Sant’Ambrogio Market, Carni Magiche wanted to open its first store, offering a rich variety of products without geographical limits: from locally sourced meats from regional and Italian farms to international cuts, including American and Argentinean; from a wide selection of sirloins from selected European farms to Val di Chiana chicken, Tuscan beef, and certified Tuscan pork.
